Rangatira was established in 1959 at the Whakapapa Ski Field and boast a long a proud history at Mt Ruapehu.  Today we have two club facilities – the original 32 bed lodge club at Whakapapa on the snow and a modern 40 bed lodge in Ohakune.  Our club spirit is strong and we continue to remain as a financially strong and prosperous club.
